High Power Busbar

High Power Busbar is a patented range of Busbar Trunking designed and manufactured in accordance with IEC60439-1 and IEC60439-2 that is utilized within building and industrial applications to deliver power to sub distribution units.

High Power Busbar is a range of busbar trunking that is manufactured with an electrostatic application of, non-hygroscopic, chemical resistant, insulation resin coating on each conductor. This allows minimal separation and a sandwich type compact construction that reduces electrical losses, optimizes dimensions and is critical for high current applications.

High Power Busbar is manufactured in our EN ISO9001-2000 and EN OHSAS18001 certified facility.

High Power Busbar is fabricated from either hard drawn high conductivity copper 99.99% conductivity or 55% conductivity aluminium. The conductors are housed within an aluminium casing that provides superior thermal properties than PVC cable insulation. All ranges have been heat rise tested to IEC60439-1
